Hey btw if you don’t know how to program, you should check out [novelty], which is a free Visual Novel creation software. Absolutely no programming required, and it’s super easy to use, I played with it some when I was a teen but the only reason I didn’t do much with it is cuz I made my story complicated and had like 5000 different branching routes that kept spawning new routes and made myself confused LMAO
But yeah, it’s a WYSIWYG with a really straight-forward GUI, if I remember correctly.
It even comes with some free backgrounds and characters and stuff, and this is what it looks like:
Did I mention it’s super duper free? It hasn’t been updated since 2010, but it has basically all you’d need to make a simple visual novel.
Just make sure your DirectX runtime is updated, cuz it can act buggy if it’s outdated, but this program is so old that I doubt it’d even be an issue lol

some people on insta said i should post my workout routine since i mentioned how im so happy with the results, so here’s my little workout guide for my fellow trans folk! I focused on getting a more masculine body because obviously that’s what I want. I’m so happy with the results, this workout is saving my fucking life!!!! I can’t get on T soon so this has really been keeping my dysphoria in check. I barely get body dysphoria, i love how my clothes looks on me, i love feeling confident for once in my life!!! HOWEVER Don’t go overboard with working out my friends. Do not work out in a binder, you MUST take days off to let your muscles heal, and you CAN’T starve yourself! Fitness is all about health and diet! Take care of yourself. This is also MY workout routine, you may not get the same results as I have! Every body is different.

for cis people asking what they should say, here’s a few suggestions:
– don’t overdo it (the reason why this example is Bad is because the cis person overuses all these masculine words and it’s too extreme).
– don’t say anything about how he is ‘biologically a woman’. never mention that to a trans person. ever.
– don’t shower him with compliments. yes, one or two might be good, but he isn’t asking you to confirm that he looks male (most of the time).
– do show sympathy. tell him you’re sorry that he feels that way and try to comfort him if you can (and if you try to comfort him, refer to the points above this one so you don’t do anything wrong).
– do ask if you can help. if he says that you can’t, leave him alone till he’s feeling better (or maybe try to cheer him up by changing the subject).
– do tell him you’re there for him, if all else fails. if anything, you can make him feel better by reminding him that he has a friend.
I really like this post because it’s honestly really helpful and doesn’t shit on cis people for being ignorant in this situation.
One thing I’d ad; instead of asking if you can help ask “is there anything you need or want?” this can be good advice in general because it allows the person to say something like needing to be alone and doesn’t put as much pressure on them to come up with something to try and make you feel useful
